Quality Coordinator Do you have a solid understanding of good manufacturing practices and are you passionate about compliance, structure, and continuous improvements? Then apply today as you could be the Quality Coordinator we are looking for to join our Training and Quality Support team supporting both Global Contract Manufacturing Drug Substance and Global Contract Manufacturing Drug Product (GCM DS and GCM DP). The position As Quality Coordinator, you will support our Quality Partner in maintaining and developing high quality and compliance standards across GCM DS and DP and you will be part of our quality network. In practice, you will:
  • Help identifying and implementing optimization and standardization opportunities in our quality processes, tools and programmes
  • Support our Quality Management Review (QMR), Audit, and Inspection processes
  • Analyze data and quality metrics to identify trends, issues, and potential areas of concern, suggesting corrective actions as needed
  • Support audits and level 1 inspections in GCM DS and DP
  • Help setting-up quality KPIs
  • Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Hold at least BSC within Engineering, Supply Chain, Pharmacy or any other relevant field
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and suggest data-driven solutions.
  • Previous experience with quality and compliance processes is considered a plus.

About the department Global Contract Manufacturing Drug Substance and Drug Product (GCM DS and DP) are responsible for outsourced production from project to operations stage and manages a global network of Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to deliver across a huge and growing range of portfolio of Novo Nordisk products. QMS and Training is a newly established team in the GCM Strategy and Business Development (S&BD) department - a diverse department of 25 people. In S&BD we are responsible for driving cross functional strategic priorities and support across GCM within Strategy deployment, finance, LEAN, Analytics and Digitialisation, Training and Quality and Portfolio Management. You will join a team of fun and dedicated colleagues who come together to set direction and support GCM through its rapid journey of growth. We are office based with shopfloors at CMOs on global scale. Collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally is crucial for us to succeed. We want to unleash the full potential of sustainable external manufacturing to reach more patients faster through flexible production and strong relations.
