The position
Clinical Project Management resides within Global Pharmacovigilance & Clinical Development. We are a team of enthusiastic and skilled employees that has the global responsibility for driving clinical projects within the allergy space.
As Clinical Project Manager you will be responsible for translating science into operational feasible solutions, driving progress, and overseeing performance and quality of the clinical trial team as well as vendors contracted to deliver the project.
The role of Principal Clinical Project Manager is a senior position. You will be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and reporting on one of our clinical projects. You will use your solid understanding of the drug development value chain to oversee and report progress, identify risks, and drive mitigations for the projects under your responsibility. You will ensure timely conduct and budget. In addition, you will drive cross functional optimisation projects.

You bring extensive experience driving clinical projects and you have a proven track record in translating science into operational feasible solutions and deliverables. Your pioneering mindset are thriving with not knowing the answer to every challenge, where you sometimes need to build processes as you go. You have project management skills combined with a solid understanding of the drug development value chain, and most importantly you know how to engage a team.
It is a benefit if you bring solid experience working with early face drug development. You bring an operational mindset and thereby the ability to translate science into operational tasks and deliverables.

- Leading the clinical project team from idea to reporting.
- Translating science into operational feasible solutions for both protocols and trial conduct.
- Drive the clinical part of CTA submissions, including responses to Health Authorities/Ethical Committees/Institutional Review Boards.
- Communicate progress and risks to management.
Your profile
You bring extensive experience driving clinical projects and you have a proven track record in translating science into operational feasible solutions and deliverables. Your pioneering mindset are thriving with not knowing the answer to every challenge, where you sometimes need to build processes as you go. You have project management skills combined with a solid understanding of the drug development value chain, and most importantly you know how to engage a team.
It is a benefit if you bring solid experience working with early face drug development. You bring an operational mindset and thereby the ability to translate science into operational tasks and deliverables.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
- Have several years of experience running clinical trials.
- Master communicating both upwards and in teams.
- Have experience driving and reporting progress of a project.
- Experience mentoring more junior colleagues.
- Have a Master's in Natural Science or have a similar educational background.
- Are proficient in English, both verbal and written.
