Are you interested in working with sales capabilities and marketing for global brands in the pharmaceutical industry?
ALK is the world leader in allergy vaccination (immunotherapy) with a wide range of allergy treatments, products, and services that meet the unique needs of allergy sufferers, their families, and health care professionals. ALK covers the whole supply chain: scientific research, collecting allergens, manufacturing, market access, marketing, sales, and distribution, with a clear focus on its tablet portfolio.
You will be part of the Global Brand Management & Sales Excellence Team, where you are in the heart of marketing and sales enablement projects, materials, and activities, in close collaboration with global teams and 20+ affiliate countries. Global Brand Management & Sales Excellence is part of ALK Headquarter with around 950 employees located in the DTU Science Park in Hørsholm, Denmark, with direct public transport from Nørreport.
The position
As a student assistant in Global Brand Management & Sales Excellence you will be part of a dynamic and dedicated team of 9 people. We offer a wide range of tasks in an international environment where your primary responsibility will be to support the brand management and sales excellence team with:
Working hours will be 15-20 hours per week. During exams and project periods the working hours can be flexible and adjusted according to your schedule. Job start is as soon as possible.
Your profile
As the ideal candidate you will have finished at least the first two years of your bachelor and you should be able to work with us for at least one year. Your education could be Economics (cand.polit.), Business/Marketing/Finance (cand.merc.), or other related studies. It is also a possibility that you are studying at DTU and are having an interest in this area of work.

- Supporting our largest sales excellence project CONNECT (global CRM system rollout): creating and sending agendas, minutes, PowerPoint presentations; collecting and processing data into KPI dashboards; facilitating (MS Teams) meetings.
- Maintaining our RISE Academy (skills and capabilities) e-learning platform: enrolling new users, coordinating new platform content and translations.
- Supporting brand alignment with our affiliates: coordinating global brand materials, facilitating meetings, creating slide decks.
- Handling ad hoc assignments which will be a combination of what is needed and what you find especially interesting regarding global brand management and sales excellence.
