To support this exciting endeavour, we are currently looking for a Specialist within Information Technology Service Management to join our Industrial Automation platform team - based in Denmark.

Being part of a fast growing, dynamic and impactful team, you, as a Technology Operation Specialist, will be entrusted with the unique opportunity to be providing and contributing to automation products & enabling services that meet the needs of the business and work well within the overall IoT & automation technology platform. Technology Operation has the responsibility for all the activities, processes, policies, and procedures contributing towards uninterrupted operations and controlled maintenance activities of the products used by the platform.
Responsibilities -
You will draw from a deep and broad expertise as Technology Operation Specialist and you will be responsible for the monitoring and optimisation of technical operations, as well as control of cross-functional processes.
You will ensure that automation products & enabling services are continuously operational. At the same time, you hold responsibility to improve and ensure full collaboration between other Technology Platforms and the wider business by focusing on being part of building and nurturing global cross-functional relationships that make a difference on a local, regional, and global level.
We are looking for -
- A Self-starter who will take new initiatives and improve existing business processes.
- Ability to lead, motivate and influence teams particularly in complex and challenging environments.
- Full range of technical experience and he or she must be able to communicate to a range of technical and non-technical audiences.
- Advanced level of understanding of agile principles and methods.
- High level of ITIL knowledge, at least having ITIL V3/4 Foundation.
- Ability to plan and execute deployment and monitoring activities at the team level.
- Understanding of Operational Service SLAs, Service Catalogues, Service metrics and monitoring.
- Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow or any ITIL based service call logging system.
- Past experience with Oracle DB, SQL Server, other Databases.
- Experience with Cloud integration technologies (Azure, DevOps, Apigee, Kafka, etc.).
- Experience with Automation technologies (RHEL Fuse, AMQ Broker, Java, Java Script, Python, PowerShell, .net etc.).
