Opportunity
The student assistant will support the Head of Compliance Operations with execution, managing and coordination of selected compliance technology projects relating primarily to digitalizing processes and reporting across compliance areas. As Compliance has a high strategic focus on the use of technology solutions it is a requirement for the ideal candidate to be tech-savvy.
Upon completion of an initial onboarding period, the scope may gradually be extended. This is subject to the working student’s interests, development goals and her/his performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Data analytics
- PBI reporting
- Process flows and documentation
- Project Management
- Support on ad hoc tasks
Required Experience & Skills
Technical Skills:
- Experience in building reports in PowerBI (including DAX, dataflows, queries) .
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft365 suite
- Experience in software tools used for data analytics and reporting may be advantageous.
Business Skills:
- Proficient in English, both spoken and in writing.
- Ability to perform detailed work accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Handle multiple, simultaneous tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to self-teach in terms of technical skills
- Ability to collect and validate data, retain and follow up meticulously.
- Collaborative, as the tasks may require working with teams outside of nearest proximity
Relevant experience:
- First work experience through internships or student jobs
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in Finance, Economics, Law, Business, Technology/IT or any related field

- Proactive and eager to learn
- Meticulous and systematic working manner
- Deadline focused and reliable
- Keen eye for details
- Team-oriented, with an ability to value a diverse and geographically dispersed team
- High integrity and personal ethics, professional in communication
