About this opportunity
Welcome to the Platform Analysis Middle Office team. We add value by providing great people, primarily working as IT analysts to different execution structures focused on Banking and Institutional Technology (BIT) and in this case the TALM (Nordea Treasury) area. As A broad IT analyst to the Treasury(TALM) domain you’ll play a valuable role in defining business and IT requirements and aligning our IT solutions/domain to these requirements, applying Nordea standards and frameworks in a mindful way. At the same time we see that you will build your competence as an IT analyst in general.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work on both a strategic and tactical level to define strategic roadmaps and ensure the implementation of these in primarily the TALM(Treasury) IT domain.
- Create and drive the decommissioning agenda(decommission legacy applications) and the strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders at TALM to refine, define and analyse business requirements related to Liquidity Risk / TALM.
- Collaborate and learn from our existing business analysts and IT analysts working in the area.
- Work closely with developers and others to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.
- Support other parts and capabilities in the area - like testing, operations and infrastructure.

The role is based in Copenhagen; Gdańsk; Gdynia; Warsaw.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- Are based in Copenhagen or Gdansk/Gdynia or Warsaw.
- Are self driven and organised/structured. Important to be capable of working under own initiative.
- Have excellent communication and agile collaboration skills.
- Are creative, curious, innovative, structured and solution oriented.
- Ability to create strategic roadmaps and make them happen in reality.
- Previous background in architecture is a plus.
Your experience and background:
- A relevant university degree (Engineering, data science, mathematics, economics or similar)
- 3 years experience working in or with IT development projects close to business stakeholders.
- Experience from the Markets or Treasury business and/or IT domains.
- Good knowledge of architecture and IT solution design.
- Previous experience in creating strategic and tactical roadmaps both from a business perspective and IT perspective. This includes experience from the propelling decommissioning agenda to decommission legacy applications in a controlled way.
- Solid communication skills and experience working with diverse teams
- Knowledge of SQL(Databases) and some coding experience.
- Good to have competence in agile ways of working(Agile/SAFe)).
