We are in search of a strong and hands-on Project Manager to join our Product Management Team within our rapidly expanding global baby brand.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing two annual collections, ensuring the timely execution of all New Product Introductions (NPIs) from initial specifications to global launch. Collaborating closely with our design, product, compliance, packaging, and marketing teams, you will provide essential support to the GTM timeline. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and drive the product timelines, oversee pricing, facilitate NPI forecasting and ensure master data accuracy.

Moreover, you will take charge of designing and implementing processes and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness in the NPI process within creative team. Additionally, you will be assisting the Head of Product Management with Sales insight on the different categories, providing valuable insights in the product team.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong analytical skills. A team player by nature, you can also excel in independent work. Your proficiency in planning, time management and stakeholder collaboration is essential. Teamwork is a core value within our company, making it imperative that you are enthusiastic about nurturing relationships across divisions, spanning from Sales and Marketing to Sourcing.

You will be working from the BIBS’s Head office in Nordhavn, Copenhagen and report to the Head of Product Management

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Project Management to lead project initiatives within the product department.
  • Drive timeline for NPIs in close corporation with the inhouse designers, sourcer and inhouse production, detailing key objectives, milestones, and packaging considerations.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Facilitate weekly GTM meetings, fostering collaboration and addressing potential delays.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration among product, sourcing, compliance, and trademark departments.
  • Arrange and lead handover meetings to ensure smooth transitions between project phases and teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing risks or bottlenecks promptly.
  • Supervise the BOM Data handover process for all New Product Introductions (NPIs) in close corporation with our sourcer, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems and platforms.
  • Oversee RRP pricing in all currencies in close connection with Sales and Ecom team to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market

Secondary Responsibilities

Assisting with product performance, analyze sales data, and make recommendations for product improvements, updates, or discontinuations, ensuring each product aligns with the category strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, Product or Category role
  • Have a high attention to details.
  • Outstanding communication and project management skills; including managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Must have experience working with systems like ERP, PLM, PIM system or Project Management systems.
  • You have some experience with PowerPoint presentations. Experience with excel is not a must.
  • Experience with Project Management systems and GANTT charts is a plus.
  • Have a strong focus and energetic approach with the ability to make a team work together towards a common goal.
  • Proactive, self-driven and result oriented.
  • Be fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.
