We are looking for an ambitious, self-driven and structured candidate to join our team. The job is located at 3Shape HQ in Copenhagen, right next to Kongens Nytorv.Working on a global scaleYou will be a digital project manager overseeing global digital marketing activities and projects supporting our business goals for recurring revenue. Collaborating across Global Marketing, you will ensure alignment across channels and with the customer journey, in addition to coordinating with colleagues in Group IT and Recurring Revenue.To navigate through the landscape of digital activation of our products on a global scale and ensure that performance goals are met, you need outstanding stakeholder management skills. In addition, we imagine that you have a strong technical acumen, as well as analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.Your primary responsibilities will be:
  • Driving digital marketing projects supporting our business goals for recurring revenue, e.g. gathering specifications across the team for Group IT
  • Manage projects of digital activation of global product campaigns as well as technical specifications for omnichannel foundation within recurring revenue across the team
  • Being one point of contact in the team for colleagues working on recurring revenue
  • Stakeholder management of and cooperation with supporting teams in the organization
  • Supporting the growth and activation of digital sales of recurring revenue products to our customer base
    • We are looking for someone who:
  • Understands the customer life cycle well and has a good perspective on how data, channels and personalized communication impact the customer experience
  • Demonstrates a commercial, results-oriented mindset with a strong digital toolbox, with a proficiency at translating business objectives into technical requirements across channels, as well as effective digital activation plans and execution
  • Thrives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, is flexible and deals well with unpredictability
  • Has at least 2 years of work experience within digital marketing and project management
  • Has university degree, college degree or equivalent
