Are you passionate about managing projects or application services? Are you looking for an opportunity to deliver top-class IT projects and application services in a successful international company? Then, NNIT is searching for your talent! As an application manager graduate, you'll be working with the newest technologies within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, and you will acquire capabilities to become a skilled application manager and expand your toolbox by receiving hands-on training and specialized mentoring. In other words, this opportunity is an investment in your career.
As part of this program, you’ll access a huge professional network at NNIT. You’ll get close to our customers and their businesses, and you’ll add value from day one. The program starts in September 2024 and your workplace will be at our headquarters in Søborg or our office in Aarhus. After completing your 12-month program, you’ll continue your career as an application manager.
Application management – the intersection of applications services and project management
It is in our DNA to always deliver value to our customers, in a conscious driven way and by working open and honest. To succeed in the Dynamics 365 graduate program, this mindset is key. You’ll learn to understand and interpret the customer’s needs and, in collaboration with the NNIT organization, offer stable solutions that meet the expected quality. You’ll also learn how to act as a trusted advisor and how to transform business requirements into holistic solutions that support NNIT’s technology standards and roadmaps.
As an application manager graduate, you will work with several technologies and teams, focusing on delivering quality projects. You will deep-dive into project methodologies and delivery models and combine this knowledge with hands-on experience in the project life cycle and understand the communication, processes, reporting, and governing principles in becoming an application manager. NNIT operates long-term agreements with our customers, which gives you the opportunity to manage IT projects and services over a longer period based on a deep understanding of the customers’ business needs. The application manager role entails cross-coordination of all activities on your customer account, including ensuring the application support meets KPIs as well as handling development projects and ensuring the best customer satisfaction. To oversee all these activities, you will be in daily dialogue with customers, developers, and consultants thus giving you an opportunity to develop excellent communication skills. In many ways you function as a team lead for the account and in addition to this you will also be working closely with sales and other internal stakeholders to constantly build the pipeline and secure the revenue stream.

Your profile
You’re about to complete your master’s degree or have just finished it or maybe you have up to two years of work experience. Either way, you are ambitious and focused, and you want to start a career as a consultant or project manager - delivering business-critical IT projects to our many customers.

You will join NNIT Microsoft Advisory and Technology (MSAT)
Our Microsoft Advisory and Technology unit comprises approximately 130 skilled consultants organized into dynamic teams specializing in Enterprise Advisory, Public Advisory, Cybersecurity, and Compliance, Applications, and Cloud.
