NNIT Manufacturing & Supply Chain Solutions

NNIT Manufacturing & Supply Chain Solutions is a fast-growing business area where we apply the latest digital technologies to improve pharmaceutical production processes. We help our clients design a manufacturing IT and automation architecture and to make the right decision with their IT investments to be ready for the Factory of the Future.

We have strong experience with major pharmaceutical MES & LIMS systems, and we work systematically with upcoming technologies. We are an independent MES implementation partner towards the global pharma industry and collaborate with a range of the top 20 life sciences companies in the world.

Job Description:

As part of this program, you’ll access broad professional network in NNIT. You’ll get close to our local and international customers and their businesses, and you’ll be able to add value from day one.

As a NNIT graduate you’ll get the opportunity to work with some of the most skilled consultants within manufacturing and supply chain. Your career development is important for us, and we’ll nurture your skills and competencies through strong collaboration, knowledge sharing and relevant training.

The program starts 1 September 2024, and your workplace will be at our headquarters in Søborg.

Being a consultant within the Graduate Program gave me the opportunity to have a look in different areas in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain area and then develop in the area I am most interested in. Since many graduates start together with you, you can build up a good international network in NNIT, even outside the Manufacturing and Supply chain area.

After completing the program you’ll continue your career in NNIT as a consultant.

During the Graduate Program, you’ll:

  • Build the foundation for a strong consultant profile
  • Deep dive into complex pharma production processes and the technologies used in the manufacturing and laboratory space

  • Receive the necessary training and courses, e.g. training in design and implementation of manufacturing systems
  • Work closely with a dedicated graduate manager and mentor to support your development
  • Apply your knowledge to real-life projects adapted to your capabilities
  • Get exposed to the latest technologies and industry trends
  • Join the Personal Leadership Program, giving you the foundation for creating a sound and healthy work life
  • Be offered sessions with a career coach to reach your full potential

You’ll get familiar with:

  • Pharma production processes and GMP
  • MES or LIMS solutions (for instance Werum PAS-X, Rockwell Factory Talk PharmaSuite, Emerson Syncade (or Emerson Delta V), POMSNet, Siemens OpsCenter, MODA-ES, Labvantage)
  • Master batch record (MBR) authoring

  • Production apps
  • Agile digital transformation and lean manufacturing

Examples of tasks

Tasks vary from implementing digital transformation projects to executing and optimizing on a full-scale production implementation for a customer and everything in between. This will require that you are flexible in terms of taking on various roles for our clients. Examples of roles could be: MBR designer, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst. You may also get to work on projects that require you to use digitalization tools such as HoloLens, PowerBI, PowerApps or Azure.

Your Profile

You’re about to complete your master’s degree or have just completed it. Or maybe you have up to two years of work experience. You’re ambitious and focused, and you want to start a career as a consultant - delivering business critical IT projects to our many customers.

  • Most importantly: you’re eager to learn
  • You have great interpersonal skills and a strong interest in becoming a consultant supporting our life sciences customers
  • You have achieved good results in your studies
  • You’re a problem solver and you're committed, self-driven and have a commercial mindset and global outlook
  • You have excellentEnglish skills, both verbally and written.
  • You’re proficient with MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
  • You are willing to travel as part of a project and find it interesting working in an international setting
  • You understand either chemical engineering, manufacturing process, process automation, robotics, biomolecule processing, or similar fields

I started my career with NNIT as a Graduate because I had the desire to continually expand my knowledge and delve into diverse facets of the life science industry. The alignment of the company's values with my own and the positive connection established during the interviews, strengthen my confidence in joining NNIT. With a background in life sciences primarily rooted in laboratory work, this program presents an exciting opportunity to not only augment my existing knowledge but also explore novel applications for it. I view the NNIT Graduate program as a transformative journey that will amplify my skills, allowing me to navigate new areas in my career development.
