As Project Manager in LOGSTOR Thermal Solutions, you will work with a highly skilled and experienced project team responsible for delivering international large-scale, complex projects within the energy sector.

The project manager is responsible for ensuring on-time project delivery overseeing the entire project from initial inception to completion, including:

  • review of tender materials and define scope of work
  • prepare technical proposals and detailed cost estimates in accordance with contract
  • cost and supplier control on projects
  • manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to control guidelines throughout the project life cycle
  • provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across management
  • communicate client requirements internally and externally
  • compliance with Code of Conduct and policies, including Product Compliance Policy.
  • all duties related to product compliance assurance, in accordance with Product Compliance Policy, law regulations, and markets demands
  • tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of Compliance Management System
  • raising concerns related to Compliance Management System

You have a strong technical understanding and a proven track record of successful project delivery from the energy sector, pipelines, or oil/gas distribution and you thrive in a high-performance environment with tight deadlines.

Experienced manager with a technical understanding.


You have substantial experience in managing complex projects from an international perspective. You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong technical background or knowledge of e.g. pipeline design, construction, and operations and an understanding of standards used in the energy sector
  • Strong leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with negotiating and executing international contracts

You are a natural leader, and you motivate and lead your team in order to successfully reach the project goals without losing focus. You thrive with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment in which you make effective decisions and manage conflicts. You have strong communication skills and speak, read, and write English fluently.
