If yes, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!Apply today and join us for a life-changing career!The positionIn a temporary 18 months Clinical Supplies Set-up Professional position, you will join a team of 9 dedicated professionals responsible for setting up, planning, and coordinating clinical supplies to ensure products are available for patients participating in early-phase clinical trials.Your main responsibilities will include:Ensuring clinical supply input to clinical trial protocols Creating trial master data, clinical label text, and trial-specific manuals to be used by clinical sites and aligned with product specifications and regulatory requirements Ensure documents are ready for clinical trial application to authorities Together with experienced colleagues, you will be involved in developing processes in our team that will enable us to work smarter with a high degree of empowerment. To succeed in the job, you will establish and maintain ongoing collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders within different areas in Novo Nordisk.QualificationsWe expect you to have:A BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Natural Science, or similar Knowledge of regulatory requirements and GxP Flair for IT systems and tools Data-driven and analytical mindset, have a structured way of working with data and can transform data into meaningful business information critical for decision making Strong collaboration and communication skills and fluent in Danish and English As a person, you take pride in consistently delivering high-quality work on time and in a proactive way. On top of that, you can prioritize your assignments in an ever-changing and dynamic environment, where you constantly assess the consequences and risks of the decisions you make. You are a team player, you aspire to continuously learn and you take challenges as opportunities to grow.About the departmentClinical Supplies Trial Set-up is part of CMC Development. We are responsible for the planning, production, packaging, labelling and distribution of products for Novo Nordisk clinical trials worldwide. The department consists of four teams, preparing clinical trials for execution by forecasting product demand, simulating trial supply execution, setting up randomization and trial supply management system, and preparing labels and directions for use.As part of Novo Nordisk’s R&ED family, CMC Development makes a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world.
