Become a part of the Contract Management & Legal Operations team

With direct reference to our Head of Contract Management & Legal Operations, you will become a part of our Commercial and Legal Services department, consisting of 24 highly skilled legal and technical professionals with competences within legal advisory, compliance, contract- risk- and bid management as well as IP. Within this cross functional department, you will take part in Contract Management & Legal Operations team characterized by a positive and informal tone and sparring is a natural part of our everyday work.

A job with strong focus on company law compliance
In the position as Legal Coordinator, you will take on a key role which centre around maintaining Kamstrup’s company law compliance based on our annual work wheel. By this, you will support the overall development of our company law compliance processes by carrying out a variety of tasks while you collaborate with colleagues in the department as well as with stakeholders around the organization. Furthermore, you will be acting as super user in our Management System and Learning Management System (LMS 365) and contribute to sharing knowledge across the business.

More specifically you will be:

  • Managing complexity and risk, giving better control of data and insight into the corporate compliance process
  • Handling of periodic changes and events regulated by law, including meetings, constitutional changes, and set-up of subsidiaries or branches
  • Responsible for various legal administration e.g. by being ‘MitID Erhverv’ administrator
  • Supporting the business with questions and guidance regarding insurance and claim handling


Personality matters
We are looking for an analytical Legal Coordinator with ability to understand working with regulatory requirements and a structured approach to tasks and deadlines. We imagine that you have an educational background as Legal Secretary or other related degree. Furthermore, you have at least a couple of years of experience from a law firm, international company, or similar industry.

As a person you would describe yourself as outgoing and you can build positive relations with many different stakeholders, which foster cooperation across the organization. You have strong communicative skills which allow you to clearly convey a message and you adjust your communication according to the situation you are in. Furthermore, you can explain and translate legal phrases and laws text into a business context. You have a great business understanding as well as an analytical and structured mindset, that enables you to identify and prioritise tasks while seeing opportunities for value creation.

You master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.
