Your impact

As our new RF project manager, you will become part of our RF & Antenna team, a team of highly experienced and dedicated individuals responsible for the integration of RF solutions in our hearing aids. Our solution is based on 2.4GHz Bluetooth Low Energy, running various protocols. Implementing excellent connectivity solutions is a highly cross functional task, which requires collaboration between many different parties: Colleagues from Chipset, PCB and packaging, FW, eSW and antenna development as well as external suppliers. Maintaining and optimizing connectivity performance with implementation of new protocols and HW solutions, in a constrained system like a hearing aid, is a complex task with many variables and stakeholders. For leading this work, we need a skilled project manager, who is familiar with the area of RF and understands the challenges developing a complex connectivity solution with user experience in mind.

Your responsibilities will include:

Project managing multidisciplinary project(s), advancing our BLE connectivity solution
Leading engaged, diverse and multidisciplined Project Teams - consisting of experts from different areas with main focus on HW implementation
Managing a complex stakeholder environment around the project(s)
Scope management, time management, risk management, quality management, resource management and financial/budget management of project(s)
Participate actively and regularly in initiatives improving strategies, processes, and ways of working in our project team(s).

Your background

We expect that you come with a relevant educational background, M.Sc. or B.Sc. within RF Engineering. Experience with product development of embedded RF systems and in particular BLE will be a strong advantage. We expect that you have several years of experience from leading project teams in an R&D organization and have proven communication skills in a complex and international stakeholder landscape.

We are currently in the process of implementing SAFe throughout R&D, therefore it would be an advantage if you have knowledge or prior experience with agile methodologies. As we are a medical device regulated company, obeying standard procedures for carrying out development work and verification, is a given.
