As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for project planning and execution for strategic projects as part of our Global Marketing Team. You will support the facilitation of marketing excellence and portfolio brand strategy initiatives in close collaboration and reporting to the Director of the Marketing Office.
You get to work with key stakeholders of all levels, across Global Marketing and a broad range of cross-functional teams. You have the opportunity to put your stamp on how we can communicate with our colleagues around the world through our Brand Summits.
Global project managing
“Your key task is the head the project management of our Brand Summits. It’s a centrally located position, as you will coordinate with several stakeholders who will coordinate logistics and technology, and you will be the point of contact and overall project manager for these very important global events. And then to see the fruit of your good work when colleagues around the world get together, that makes it all really rewarding.” says your new manager, Elizabeth Klestov.
Besides the Brand Summits, you will be involved in marketing excellence focused projects. Some of the things coming up are our work with live training and our roadshow, where you will be owning a work stream.
Supporting this, you will also:
Experienced project manager with good stakeholder management skills
Your educational background is not important to us. We are more interested in the experience you have picked up along the way.
You are a seasoned project manager and have a good set of event planning skills. You have a proven history of delivering marketing projects with a commercial mindset, especially project managing large high-profile events with a range of cross-functional stakeholders.
You are used to navigating in a large international company, where you can use your networking abilities, and you can collaborate widely across the organization, global and local, at all levels.
Ideally, you have formal qualifications in project management, either SAFe or Lean, however a naturally structured approach is a key aspect of the role.
Can-do attitude is one of ’s values, and you will experience it throughout our organisation, and it’s definitely a value we are looking for in our colleague and to cultivate in our team.

- be involved in a range of different project and project delivery across Global Marketing, so a good understanding of marketing will provide a solid foundation,
- be a part of and engage project members as well as provide feedback on project performance,
- communicate with several internal and external stakeholders at various levels across the organization,
- support the annual strategic calendar, promote the key processes and stakeholder alignment,
- delivering various workshops and co-creation sessions.
