The position As our new Strategy Project Manager, you will manage the implementation of a corporate real-world evidence strategy across Novo Nordisk together with stakeholders from across the organization. Your main responsibilities will be: Overseeing completion of strategy work: setting deadlines, monitoring and summarizing progress of project, including preparing reports regarding the status of the strategy Managing timelines across multiple strategy pillars Coordinating meetings for stakeholders Monitoring progress of strategy implementation Qualifications Our ideal candidate has: Master’s degree in Life sciences e.g. Public Health Science, Epidemiology, Health Science or equivalent in a field relevant for the position Ideally some years of experience with creating and implementing strategies, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry or similar Understanding the stakeholder landscape and creates the needed relationships in order to succeed in the implementation Strong communication skills both orally and in writing as well as experience in presenting findings across multiple stakeholders in the organisation Experience with project coordination and technical writing is an advantage You should possess strong project management skills, and understand what real-world data are and how they can be used in a pharmaceutical setting. We emphasise accountability and reaching goals through a collaborative effort, thus it is essential that you use your good interpersonal and communication skills to achieve results together with others. You enjoy responsibility and complete your assignments proactively and within timelines. Finally, you communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing. About the department In Development, we are responsible for managing clinical drug development worldwide from early development phases to product launch and beyond. We provide medical and scientific documentation for clinical submissions and authorities while ensuring that the process lives up to global standards, regulations and business ethics. The area of Real-World Science is part of Data Science in Development and located in Søborg, Denmark. In the department Real-World Data Assets, we are responsible for the data strategy enabling our epidemiologists and data scientists across the organisation to use the observational clinical data of highest quality and relevance to support clinical drug development projects and launched products.
