As Clinical Project Lead, you will take on the project management responsibility for driving a cross functional team to deliver on project strategies and timelines. You will assume accountability for translating project strategies into end-to-end planning, ensure execution, and completion of several projects. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Translate project strategies into operational plans.
• Ensure clinical projects oversight.
• Guarantee Risk Management & mitigations.
• Present clinical progress to the Global Project Team.
• Implement new initiatives into the programs.
• Establish project key deliverables are met on time, at a high quality and within budget. All the above by using your extensive project leadership skills As our new Clinical Project Lead, you will contribute directly to our core business and our focus on delivering new innovative treatments to the benefit of patients. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• Extensive clinical project management experience preferably from the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to impact the execution and improvement of core clinical processes.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Great stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable taking the lead and ensure strong communication. You hold a MSc in Natural Science and five years of relevant experience or a BSc in Natural Science or equivalent with at least seven years of relevant experience (e.g. Clinical Project/Trial Manager) About the department
In our project area we cover the entire spectrum of clinical activities within the CVD, CKD and AD portfolio, from phase 1 trials to large phase 3a programs and phase 3b/4 life cycle management activities. The department specialises in the conduct of Clinical Programs within Heart Failure. This means you’ll have the opportunity to work with new indications and innovative molecules, in close collaboration with colleagues across the value chain including our affiliates.
