We are looking for an experienced project manager profile to take up the position as Organisational Readiness Lead, to join our area Strategic Operations in Global Medical Affairs. The Lead will drive key strategic projects across Global Medical Affairs and in collaboration with adjacent areas, regions and focus affiliates worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to take up a high impact role in a new position and where you will have the chance to impact the direction for this function. Apply now! The Position Key responsibilities: Lead cross-functional strategic projects impacting medical affairs worldwide Drive the development of business cases, facilitate dialogue between key senior stakeholders Set direction, develop skills and guide the project participants to fulfill project goals, and apply corrective actions when necessary Drive internal stakeholder communication and capability development necessary for strategy implementation Drive change execution communication strategy Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you need: Master degree or higher within Science, Social Science or Business At least 10 years of experience in change management and project management Strong leadership and communication skills Experience working with global and senior stakeholders. At least 5 years of experience from the pharmaceutical sector and thorough understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills About the Department You will join a highly ambitious and driven area – GMA Strategic Operations - consisting of 6 teams and anchored in Global Medical Affairs. The area is dedicated to providing inspiring and relevant medical learning to healthcare professionals, providing world class medical learning for the worldwide medical affairs organisation and driving partnerships on behalf of Novo Nordisk.
