We are looking to expand our A&H team in Denmark with an outgoing Underwriter who has a keen interest in taking charge of growing and developing our Keyman insurance but also working with other Accident & Health products.

Our Danish office, is located in the heart of Copenhagen.

The job position

In the position as A&H Underwriter you will work mainly with Keyman risks and insurances in Denmark and the Nordics with the opportunity to drive changes in a fast growing, everchanging business environment and insurance market place.

The job involves daily contact with insurance brokers and insureds as well as alternative distribution. Therefore, you must be service minded with a trustworthy outgoing approach and enjoy building relationships as well as thriving in communicating on the phone and in person with many different people.

You will be the main driver for the Keyman product and primarily distribute our product within associations and/or banks, therefore, a strong network within these fields is a plus. You will be the point of contact and have manage your own clients.

The job is not only going out visiting brokers, associations or other stakeholders, but it also includes; creating policies and analyzing data in different IT systems, so technical skills is an advantage.

What are we looking for

We are searching for a candidate with keen interest in maintaining as well as growing our portfolio of Keyman insurances. The right person is a strong team player who at the same time can work independently with a pro-active, self-starter attitude.

To be successful in RiskPoint you are energetic, ambitious and have an entrepreneurial personality that will contribute to the continued growth and success of RiskPoint. You are also capable of handling complex tasks as well as sales oriented working methods with good negotiation skills and managing work relationships.

Experience with business analysis, risk assessment, contractual terms, marketing, sales, and business administration are preferred but not required. Further project management experience, including certification is a plus.

Insurance knowledge and experience is a must for this position, and candidates that have previously worked with Pension/Life insurance products will be preferred.

We work across borders, so language skills are vital. Speaking and writing high level Danish and English is a must. Swedish and Norwegian understanding is a plus since we are moving into the Nordic markets.
