Front-end Developer
We are seeking a skilled and creative Front-End Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces. You will collaborate with back-end developers, Editors, Marketing, Sales and other stakeholders to bring designs to life and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Front-end Developer
We are seeking a skilled and creative Front-End Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces. You will collaborate with back-end developers, Editors, Marketing, Sales and other stakeholders to bring designs to life and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Take part of a major upcoming transformation and upgrade of the entire platform to .NET CORE and Optimizely CMS 12 and improve the e-commerce checkout flow
- Develop and implement user-facing features and components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Maintain and expand current SPA setup
- Collaborate with designers and business to ensure seamless integration of design mockups and wireframes
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of front-end code
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end and back-end functionalities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in front-end development
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Collaborate with UX/UI and editors to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience
- Optimize web applications for accessibility and ensure compliance with web standards and guidelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues and bugs
- Continuously improve and optimize the performance of web applications
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in front-end development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer
- Experience with CMS Systems – ideal EpiServer/Optimizely v. 11 or 12
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS/Less, React, typescript and JavaScript
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development
- Experience working with API and integrations to 3rd party
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less)
- Knowledge of front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp)
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Jasmine)
- Razor experience is preferred
