Our team
We are an important part of test execution, being involved in various development stages: from requirements elicitation and review, over prototype testing and up to final verification.
You will be joining 14 very skillful and committed Test Engineers that are distributed into several agile teams.
You will be working in a small cross-functional team that is responsible for development, integration, and tests of the Bluetooth interface between hearing aid and external devices like mobile phones.
Your main tasks in the development team will be:
Experience in testing integrated systems
We anticipate that you have experience with test of Bluetooth protocol and integration between mobile phone, apps, and other devices.
You worked both with manual and automated testing. You have hardware experience within e.g. the medical device, mobile phone or other relevant industry. For solving daily tasks, a basic knowledge of Matlab and XML programming/scripting will be essential.
Our development is based on the V model, and we use DOORS and RQM for handling requirements and test cases, respectively. An ISTQB certification will be advantageous but is not a must.
Desired educational background would be BSc. or MSc. in engineering fields like electrical engineering, electronics, communication technologies, etc.
Outgoing and analytical
As Test Engineer you should be open, outgoing, and curious. Furthermore, you excel at communication and coordination.
Your approach to your work can be characterized as structured, systematic, and analytical and you possess the ability to find solutions in a complex environment.
You work well with both details and a wide perspective to find the complete solution.
We are working according to SAFe principles and practices; thus, we seek a candidate with a Lean-Agile mindset. Prior experience with SAFe framework as well as relevant certifications would be a favorable aspect, but it’s not required.

Our team

- Reviewing and discussing system requirements for testability.
- Compatibility testing between smart phones and hearing aids.
- Performing various tests and measurements to support the development.
- Creating, updating, automating, and executing test cases.
- Debugging and critically assessing the test output to provide constructive feedback to developers.
