Welcome to Team Hardware InMarket Product Support
You will be part of Hardware InMarket Product Support. We are a team of 7, located in both Poland and Smørum outside Copenhagen. You will be located in Smørum.
Our team is responsible for all activities related to the product after its introduction to mass production, including the implementation of design changes in components and finished products. We are part of the Quality function with focus on product quality and end user experience. Overall, we are 40 highly skilled colleagues with mechanical, electro-acoustic and software backgrounds who believe that the best results come from a fruitful team effort. We support each other and provide feedback and knowledge.
Putting your own fingerprint on our projects
As an Electronic Engineer you will have a unique opportunity to work with the latest hearing aid and connectivity products, using advanced electronic solutions to meet the requirements imposed by their final functionality, the environmental conditions in which they must work, and by the standards and regulations for medical devices.
“You daily work schedule depends on the cases, i.e. defect hearing aids or accessories, that we receive from the market – either from the users directly or from the hearing clinics. Here you will investigate what the root cause is and look for solutions. Some cases are solvedin an hour, and some are more complicated and will require multiple test and involvement of stakeholders from other department.” tells Mateusz.
During your daily work you will cooperate with multiple teams and sites. You will be using newest technologies in the industry to carry out your tasks, including:
You can expect 10-20 travel days a year, visiting suppliers and supporting transfers of production between sites.
Experienced electronic solutions designer
We expect you to have a degree in Electronic/Electric Engineering or another relevant subject and have some years of work experience within designing electronic solutions. Your experience may cover areas like electronic development and design within medical- or consumer electronic devices and integration of electronics design (PCB, connectors, batteries, etc.).
You may already have experience working with quality, but what’s most important to us, is that you have a quality mindset.
We are looking for someone who either has project management experience, or someone who has an interest in developing in that direction.
As a person you are well organized, analytical and research minded able to make decisions in the entrusted area of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Our company language is English, so we expect that you are fluent in English.

- analysis of problems root causes that occur during the product life cycle,
- improving components and products and implementing them in cooperation with departments like R&D, reliability testing, production, etc.,
- supporting projects related to electronic circuit modifications,
