Experienced HR Business Partner with strong business acumen

At Abacus Medicine we are growing our business, and we in HR need another HR Business Partner to ensure we always provide guidance and support to the organization.

As HR Business Partner your role is hands-on and includes improving organizational effectiveness, leading change management, and providing leadership guidance. In all matters, you are also expected to have a strategic insight that ensures that your counselling is consistent and foresighted. You act as a go-to-person for the organization, where you can answer inquiries on almost all HR matters in a professional manner.


Connecting the strategy with the business is your speciality

You are able to support leaders by having a strategic mindset so that the strategic agenda of Abacus Medicine Group is turned into tangible advise and counselling, when it comes to organizational structure and people. You will be responsible for HR business partnering in Denmark across functions and units, where you among other things will work closely with the business to ensure a healthy and professional work environment. Your tasks will include:

  • Consulting, supporting and coaching managers and employees on people related matters
  • Analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance and interpretation to line management
  • Support the strategic development concerning HR operations and execution of initiatives
  • Collaboration with our Talent Acquisition function, e.g. by providing benchmark on salary levels for different positions.
  • Providing new insights and perspective on our processes to improve our daily way of working.

Service minded HR professional with a solid business focus
As a person, we expect you to be curious and driven by business impact and with a capability to build trust and long-lasting relationships to the business. You thrive working in a multi-cultural environment and know the value of contributing to the success of your stakeholders.

We are dynamic and experience rapid growth – and are scaling our business globally. Therefore, you have probably been in a larger organization, where governance and pragmatism go hand in hand with business partnering, along with some sort of formal education. If you have experience with owner managed organizations, it is considered an advantage.

No matter who’s in front of you, you communicate with ease and have experience in developing and driving development initiatives. You are an experienced leadership advisor with solid knowledge in HR, with significant hands-on experience – most importantly, you have a strong interest and proven experience in contributing to business performance through HR.

Besides your professional skills, it would be a really good fit to our organisation if you have a solid business acumen, a good sense of humour, a pragmatic attitude and see HR as a support function.

Lastly, we expect that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English.
