  • Ensuring seamless and accurate HR administration & employee data for our Danish entities.
  • Facilitating and improving our frameworks and routines for a wide range of areas such as onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion.
  • Providing guidance and support for managers and employees in HR and employment matters, both proactively and ad hoc.
  • Supporting or leading initiatives and efforts to elevate our culture and HR processes locally and across Precis.

  • Undergraduate degree in HR or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of HR experience in a dynamic, fast-paced growth organization.
  • Solid legal and HR acumen and knowledge of Danish labor law and employment practices (such as Funktionærloven and praxis and regulations for parental leave and vacation)
  • Comfortable using common tools like Excel/Sheets and modern HR tools (we use HiBob as our HRIS, Peakon for employee engagement surveys) and the ability to leverage data insights for decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
