What we are looking for:
We are searching for a confident and smart HR Manager for our company.
- Experience is a big plus but we will review all candidates.
- A degree in HR marketing, economics, business administration etc. is a requirement. We will of course give you a good introduction but understanding the fundamental principles of HR, business and economics is needed to succeed in the position.
- Written and oral fluency in English and Dari.
Your tasks will be:
You will manage:
- hiring, contract writing and termination. You must be good at statistics and general management as to be able to produce good working schedules. You are expected to be social and polite so you give the best service and impression to our customers and employees.
- You will have to manage the interrelations between the employees and write the “code of conduct” for our employees in Dari and English. You will have to manage employee salary and bonus packages.
- Report to the management every month about the workforce’s strength and weaknesses, the need for hours and how to fill empty spots out with the best possible qualification.
- Monitor company culture and make a positive impact as to keep the culture open and positive for all employees.
- Monitor individual performance and HR KPI indicators for the company
- Given the fact that we are a midsize business you will also have to perform smaller administration tasks.
- You will mostly be communicating in Dari and English so fluency in both languages is a requirement.
