We have just started the implementation of a completely new planning concept and need you; as the candidate who is professionally well-grounded, confident, and skilled at communicating across all organizational levels, cultures, and continents.
As a Supply Planner in Ambu’s Global Planning Department, you will have a unique opportunity to define, implement, and drive our new planning strategy from the very beginning towards our goal of establishing a world-class global integrated business planning process.

As Supply Planner your responsibilities include:
• Implement and conduct supply planning according to agreed company standards across the global planning network
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and implementing inventory supporting measures
• Keeping track of inventory across multiple locations, factories & DCs
• Prediction of stock demands based on current and future business functions, based on updates from the Demand Planner and Factory Managers, incl. NPIs
• Ensuring the organization has a balanced flow of stock whilst ensuring that the net working capital are at optimal levels
• Recommending changes to inventory warehousing to meet increased or reduced demand
Key competences
• +5 years of experience with supply planning, inventory management and forecasting
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
• High energetic drive, motivation, and accountability
• Min. a BSc degree in e.g., supply chain management, logistics, business administration or engineering
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of the Danish language is not a requirement.
• Experience working with partners from other cultures is required
• Medical equipment industry experience preferred but not an ultimate requirement
