Georg Jensen is looking for an IT Security specialist for the infrastructure team in Global IT.

The Role
As the threat levels are constantly increasing around the world, we acknowledge that we need to do more in IT Security, Cyber and awareness area. This new Global role will focus on the whole enterprise. Ranging from basic client, server, and network security to security & Cyber awareness, to creating Governance and compliance policies. You will become responsible for this area with support of the internal team and also supported by our External IT security service provider.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible for IT Security & Cyber incident process
- Responsible for IT security incident response team
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to resolve issues related to IT security
- Take lead on current and future IT Security and Cyber implementations
- Take lead on driving awareness in the company globally through newly implemented platform
- Take lead on creating needed monitoring and alerts within the area
- Together with our solution architect make sure new implementations are secure in design
- Participate in projects, ensuring secure successful project implementations
- Help the team update and test the BCP/DR plans on a regular basis
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and end-users to understand and address their requirements and business process, so IT Security levels can be maintained without compromising the good user experience
- Demonstrate excellent service-mindedness, a positive attitude, patience, and a proactive approach
- Display the ability to handle sometimes complicated issues and find practical solutions
- Embrace the opportunity to work from home on certain days, while also being physically present at the headquarters as required.
- Be prepared for some odd working hours due to the nature of responsibility
The ideal candidate has:
- 5+ years’ experience within in the IT Security and Cyber domain
- Proven experience in driving projects/initiatives from idea, to implementation, to normal IT operations
- Experience with the Microsoft Cloud security stack
- Experience in working in a global company
- Experience working in the retail industry is a plus
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional support and solutions
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to be physically present at the headquarters and remote
- Aspire to become IT Security manager in the future
