IT Security Manager
Located in Denmark or Finland (Helsinki)
Are you an experienced IT Security specialist and are you familiar with the newest IT security solutions?
If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you as our new IT Security Manager here at Royal Unibrew.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated IT Security Manager to join our organization. As the IT Security Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity program with a focus on implementing the NIS2 directive.
You will work closely with the Director for IT Operations & Cybersecurity to develop a roadmap for cybersecurity initiatives and ensure alignment with external service providers.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated IT Security Manager to join our organization. As the IT Security Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity program with a focus on implementing the NIS2 directive.
You will work closely with the Director for IT Operations & Cybersecurity to develop a roadmap for cybersecurity initiatives and ensure alignment with external service providers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implement and drive a global cybersecurity awareness program for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Revise IT security policies and effectively communicate them to relevant stakeholders and departments in the organization.
- Develop a cohesive risk management process using ITIL v4 foundations.
- Collaborate with technical SMEs to implement new cybersecurity features.
- Develop and implement an IT vendor governance security vetting policy.
- Act as the project lead on smaller cybersecurity initiatives and align larger projects with project managers and external service providers.
We hope you identify with many of the qualifications on our wishlist, including:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar engineering specialization. Specialization in security is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the ISO 27001 security standard framework.
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 foundations.
- Experience with cybersecurity in Operational Technology.
- Understanding of industry standards for security, such as IEC62443.
- 2+ years of experience in developing cybersecurity programs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to inspire and educate both technical and non-technical audience throughout the organization.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 E5 Security features
- Solid experience with security protocols, authentication, and authorization technology solutions.
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work in both DK (Faxe) and FI (Helsinki) locations.
- Some travel - approximately 20 workdays per year - may be required.
- Ability to work independently with a remote team
