In fact, so fast that we have grown from being under 20 employees to over 2100 globally in just a decade. We know what you are thinking: they must have well-defined structures and systems in place that can support such an agile and fast-moving organization, well… That is why we need your support!You will be joining our dynamic IT Service Desk team and become 1 out of 6 valued members of a team that has touch points with all of the most important IT projects on a global scale. You will help us solve problems and optimize processes that allow our colleagues to deliver solutions to millions of dental patients around the world.We are IT wizards!Whether the problem magically solves itself on our colleagues’ way down to the IT office, or if we just show them how to plug in the cable in the right way, you will be working with international IT Specialists dedicated to providing top-notch technical assistance and IT magic to our colleagues. Our Denmark-based team consists of you, two full-time IT Support Specialists, one student assistant, and the Service Desk Team Leader.On a daily basis you would be responsible for making your coworkers’ life easier with your fast thinking, impeccable IT problem solving skills and great smile.Your role is to expect the unexpectedThere will be a broad variety of tasks and one thing that will help you thrive is expecting the unexpected and embracing your prioritizing skills. Daily challenges will await you, and although the day may not go as planned, it is an amazing learning curve and opportunity to have personal impact on a growing global organization. What will make it worth it all is a team that will support you, guide you and make you laugh.Besides the above, you will:
  • Take the lead in onboarding and offboarding.
  • Set up and configure devices (laptops, desktops, phones, and printers), software applications, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, resolving them or escalating to higher-level support if needed.
  • Document and track all support interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system (Jira).
  • Users/Objects management in on-prem AD, access rights, and permissions management.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., Infrastructure, Security, Facilities) to diagnose and resolve cross-functional issues.
    • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS).
  • Familiarity with network protocols, troubleshooting methodologies, and ITIL best practices.
  • Understanding of printer functionalities.
  • You are familiar with Active Directory service giving you fluency in managing user accounts and security groups.
  • Proficiency in using remote support tools and ticketing systems.
