Autorola Solutions is currently expanding and is looking to add a new System supporter to the team.

Specializing in online car auctions and customized solutions for fleet owners, Autorola Solutions utilizes "Fleet Monitor," a workflow-monitoring tool developed by Autorola, to address the specific needs of OEMs, banks, dealers, and leasing segments throughout the entire car lifecycle.

You will be a part of an international company structure with subsidiaries in 19 different countries. You will become a part of a multicultural team consisting of one System Supporter and 8 skilled Business Process Consultants. You will report directly to the Manager, Global Operations, be included in the pension scheme and health insurance, as well as get the chance to participate in the company’s social events. We offer a good lunch arrangement, a fitness room, and like to end the week in our Friday bar.
We have a great focus on human resources and find educational as well as personal development important. We offer a 37-hour week. We know that work-life balance is important, and we look after our employees. Therefore, we also focus on maintaining a work pressure that allows time to solve the tasks sensibly.

Role responsibilities
As a system supporter, your main responsibilities will include:
- 1st level support of incoming calls and emails for the "Fleet Monitor" system.
- Solving incoming customer issues when possible.
- Handover of more demanding cases to our Business Process Consultants.
- Supporting the development of support processes and manuals.
- Over time be able to take care of heavier support cases.
Your qualifications
To excel in the system supporter role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- You have a relevant education within IT or experience working on Software-solution support tasks.
- Experience working with global customer contact and support.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at a high professional level
- Proficiency in spoken and written German or other languages, including but not limited to Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese, is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivating and proactive.
- Structured and have an eye for details.
- Comfort navigating different time zones, cultures, and languages while considering the world as your workplace.
- Service minded and customer-oriented attitude.
- An agile mindset and adaptability to quickly embrace and adjust to changes.
