Therefore, we are looking for a new IT Specialist to join our team.
With a direct reference to the Head of Hosting, you will become a part of our 3rd level support department consisting of 15 dedicated colleagues. Together, we ensure the seamless installation, configuration, service, and support of our IT solutions to our valued customers. In this role, you will be working closely with a team of talented Technicians, Architects and Project Managers, where close collaboration and informal tone are highly valued.
A job with focus on Microsoft Windows and automation
In this position, your expertise in automation will play a key role in the future for shaping our digital landscape. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure the operation of the infrastructure to our automated meter reading software and the associated platforms. Your tasks will also involve assisting our Supporters and Software Developers in the troubleshooting and operational security on our global platforms. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the implementation of ongoing releases and updates of the existing applications such as data center tools and the associated infrastructure in Azure.

We are looking for an ambitious IT Specialist who is motivated by delivering the best IT solutions through a solid background within infrastructure and application operations. We imagine you have a background as an Engineer, Data Scientist, Computer Scientist, or similar, combined with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working specifically with Microsoft Windows and automation within operation from a similar-sized company - preferably with large-scale operations. As our platform is Microsoft-based, it is a requirement that you have experience with this.

It is a requirement that you are fluent in Danish and English both orally and written.

- Driving the automation of Windows and Azure processes to optimize operational tasks
- Implementing Azure solutions that align with our overarching strategy
- Solving complex IT issues related to on-prim solution and Azure to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating their IT needs into automated solutions

- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Federation, certificate authority, and Azure services

- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, MCSA, or equivalent
