Together with Group IT, the IT-Specialist will deliver technical solutions including maintenance and configuration while ensuring reliable operation of our Group IT systems. hydraspecma as a company has
very ambitious goals for growth, both organically and through acquisitions. Working with IT within hydraspecma is a continuous journey with IT Roadmap projects like Active Directory consolidation, Global
Network, Modern Workplace, Zero Trust and Enterprise Mobility and Security.

You have a relevant IT education, coupled with experience from an equivalent position. You are passionate about IT and have a natural flair for solving problems. Your primary tasks:
Our new IT Specialist will play an important role in hydraspecma’s digitalization journey. You will have the opportunity for personal development and influence IT both globally and locally. You will perform project work and server maintenance in a fast-paced environment while staying up to date with the latest technologies striving to implement best practices.

Your skills and experience:
- 3-5 years experience in a System Administrator role or similar.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities across server, network, hardware, and software.
- Technical knowledge of server-level operations, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMWare, storage systems and Microsoft Domain Services.
- Experience with IT Security topics is highly desired.
- Certifications would be considered a strong asset.
About you:

- Maintain and manage our Windows Servers, VMWare, Storage system, Meraki Network and Firewalls.
- Work with Azure and Microsoft 365 services
- Monitor and maintain, backup processes, restore tests and Disaster Recovery.
- Participate in daily operations and 2nd level support.
- Lifecycle management and software patching to reduce security risks.
- Proactively identify and help resolve issues before they become critical.
