The position As a Senior Communication Manager, you will be responsible for driving the annual report process, making this essential communication platform a flag post for our company brand, our strategic priorities, and key messages towards some of our most important stakeholders. This includes the following key responsibilities: Lead the development of an accurate, timely, and transparent report Work in a cross-functional team of copywriters, experts within visual identity, ESG, and financial accounting professionals Collaborate with external design agencies and other suppliers Beyond the annual report, you will be involved in corporate brand strategy and campaigning as an integral part of managing the Novo Nordisk reputation. Qualifications You have a master’s degree in communication or the social sciences combined with at least 4-5 years of experience in project management within a public or private institution, with a proven track record leading cross-functional and complex assignments, and management of a variety of stakeholders including the most senior leadership level. Ideally, you have worked with strategic editorial processes or creative campaigns in English as a project lead or associate. To thrive and succeed, you: Have strong and proven project management skills Have a good comprehension of business strategy across value chains Have excellent communication and stakeholder management (i.e., collaboration) skills Be highly structured, self-driven, and accountable, with a strong sense of detail Be fluent in English, verbally and in writing. Be energetic and agile, driving progress even when facing adversities About the department You will join the Reputation & Corporate Brand team in Global Communication.
