Are you a highly motivated professional with a solid background in labelling or packaging? Do you thrive on complex challenges and enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders? We are now looking for a new Labelling Project coordinator to join our team and support the development of color and graphic solutions and other key deliverables that are critical to timely submissions and approvals including safeguarding product differentiation for our patients. If you want to play a role in shaping the final design solutions for the entire Novo Nordisk portfolio, then this is an excellent opportunity for you. The position As a Labelling Project coordinator in Graphics and Tests, you will be working with projects covering the development of printed packaging material designs and color selection process, initiated, and managed by the project manager. You will also support new design development and life cycle management projects and execution of support activities within the department related to quality, complaints, and training. A color and design development process involves different phases, from project scoping, development of solutions, verification of solution, submission & approval and finally production readiness and handover. You will support with specific activities, and likely several projects simultaneously. Your key responsibilities will consist of:
  • Support labelling development projects and project managers / project professionals with activities and deliverables during the entire development phase - from project scoping to handover
  • Handle incoming customer complaints related to the labelling process, including root cause analysis, reporting and CAPA planning and trending
  • Write and own Change Requests, Deviations and SOPs related to Labelling Development process
  • Participate in improvement projects and contribute with ideas inside the department and labelling area working closely with department management team
    • You will be working out of Søborg, but a certain amount of work-related travel must be expected. Valid driving license is necessary. Qualifications You have excellent communication skills with a proven ability to network and build trust in your relationships and you are exceptional in multitasking. Furthermore, you will have to negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders on responsibilities and requirements in a respectful way to ensure the pragmatic solutions are brought forward in a swift manner. Finally, you have a strong drive enabling you to persistently pursue goals and achieve results. We expect our ideal candidate to have the following competencies :
  • Relevant work experience from similar roles or as a Project coordinator
  • You hold a relevant degree, e.g. in Design, Science, Engineering, Communication or at least 5 years of experience from relevant working area
  • Experience within Pharma or other regulated industries is preferred, as is experience with LEAN, GMP, and digitalization and automation.
  • High proficiency in English both spoken and written is mandatory
    • It would be considered an advantage if you have:
  • Experience of leading projects through the full life cycle
  • Experience from working with printed packaging material
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs (particularly EMA and FDA) with an interest in and understanding of the global regulatory labelling requirements and associated processes.
    • On a personal level, you have excellent analytical, planning and communication skills, which enables you to continuously set direction, keep an overview of the state of progress and prioritize accordingly. You have strong project management skills with the ability to seek strategic solutions to business problems. About the department Graphics and Tests is part of Labelling Development in the Global Regulatory affairs organization. The unit operates in a fast-changing field, that makes a meaningful difference to our business, making medicines available to patients all over the world. Labelling Development is responsible for the development of printed packaging material designs for all new Novo Nordisk products and life cycle management projects. We also drive the colour selection process, feeding into both packaging material and device development. Your colleagues in Labelling Development will be project leads and a few colleagues with technical skills within graphic design, and you will also work closely together with our graphic design team in Bangalore.
