Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Communication Consultant to join our cross-organizational program within the Power Plant Solutions (PPS) team in the Technology (TE) division of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy. Based in Denmark, Spain, or Germany, you will report to the Head of Transformation Office. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing communication, onboarding, and training activities that support our program's objectives and milestones.

Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Communication Consultant to join our cross-organizational program within the Power Plant Solutions (PPS) team in the Technology (TE) division of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy. Based in Denmark, Spain, or Germany, you will report to the Head of Transformation Office. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing communication, onboarding, and training activities that support our program's objectives and milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of the program's communication, onboarding, and training efforts.
- Collaborate with Transformation Office and PPS Management to devise a compelling communication strategy and key messages aligned with the program's objectives.
- Work closely with the Transformation Managers to align key messages, communication plans, and training activities with the program's roadmap.
- Develop and implement communication strategies utilizing various channels such as Town Halls, roadshows, newsletters, SharePoint, and Yammer.
- Create engaging content for communication, onboarding, and training materials, including PowerPoint presentations and online courses.
- Coordinate activities to ensure a seamless program implementation.
- Occasional travel required to regional and internal offices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in change communication management, including planning and executing communication, onboarding, and training activities.
- Exceptional facilitation skills.
- Proven track record in creating clear, comprehensive, and compelling content in both written and visual formats.
- Preferably a certified ADKAR Change Management Practitioner or equivalent.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent communication skills, building trust with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple communication streams across projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 package, including SharePoint, Yammer, and FUSE tool for online courses.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Additional Practical Information:
- Period of Contract: From September 1st 2023 to February 29th, 2024, with the possibility of extension.
