Summary:
The team in the People Program Office is the organization's Change enabler and we are looking to strengthen the team with a Change Communication Associate to work in our Business Integration Programme. As our Change Communications Associate, you will work under the Programme’s Change Communications Lead to plan and execute communication activities in our ongoing, multi-year IT and Business Transformation program.
You will be exposed to interesting challenges that will support development in communication and change management. You could be based in Denmark, the Netherlands, or Belgium (with occasional traveling).
What you can expect as Change Communications Associate for Business Integration:
Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):
Master’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, business communications, English or a related field are preferred. However this is not limiting as long as you have a genuine interest in developing your career in the corporate communications field as content producer.
As a lot of the work will be done with our Dutch and Spanish colleagues around the world having knowledge one or both of these languages will a plus, but not a requirement.
To be successful in this role, it is important that you thrive in working in an intercultural global setting or aspire to, and is interested in designing communication solutions that impact employees across a number of geographies and cultures. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and strengthen their current communication skills and knowledge further.

What you can expect as Change Communications Associate for Business Integration:
- Creating and deploying fresh and engaging communication products relevant for the programme, including newsletters, SharePoint updates, power point presentations, emails, videos, etc.
- Liaising with program members to communicate relevant updates to the multiple target audiences.
- Ensuring brand identity is consistent and accurate across the multiple communications channels.
- Implementing metrics reports to measure the effectiveness of communication products with the goal of continuously improving the change communications strategy to reach and engage employees.
- Liaising with suppliers to develop relevant communications materials, including roll-ups, leaflets, booklets, and any other type of merchandise.
- Providing ad hoc support to the Change Management team when appropriate.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):
Master’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, business communications, English or a related field are preferred. However this is not limiting as long as you have a genuine interest in developing your career in the corporate communications field as content producer.
- 2+ years of relevant communications experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in project management either as part of degree course or in a work environment
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred.
- Knowledge of video production and editing would be an advantage but not limitative.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken, and ability to edit content in English.
