We invite you to take on a key senior role in our global team with base in the Ramboll head office in Copenhagen, to support and drive development of two of our key global areas within business integrity; anti-corruption and human rights regulations and processes.</p><p><strong>Who are you?</strong></p><p>You are passionate about working with business integrity standards within a global organisation, you have a strong analytical skillset, a deep understanding of anti-corruption and/or human rights, and their roles in securing sustainable development in society. Also, you are driven, take initiative and you can turn legal requirements and international standards into practical processes and tools for the business to apply and thereby enable positive impact. Within this role you have the opportunity to be a key player in our continued global work on our anti-corruption and human rights programmes.</p><p>You will be key in developing human rights due diligence processes in our projects as well as in our vendor and client onboarding. Further, you will be driving and supporting global strategic initiatives to increase our anti-corruption efforts, and you are interested in how culture and behavior impact business integrity. Combining local experience with global knowledge, we help shape the society of tomorrow.</p><p><strong>You will join our Global Business Integrity Function </strong></p><p>You will be a part of Ramboll’s global Business Integrity Function consisting of dedicated and skilled experts placed in several countries, who drives, develops, and monitors compliance with Ramboll’s Global Business Integrity Programme across 35 countries. The environment is very informal and we always uphold a positive atmosphere by nurturing our close and good team work and a mutual respect towards one another across all levels.</p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</strong></p><ul><li>Subject matter expert within anti-corruption and human rights legal requirements and standards, including monitoring new requirements.</li><li>Subject matter expert within reporting requirements for anti-corruption and human rights, e.g. CSRD, EU taxonomy etc.</li><li>Develop human rights tools and controls that enable us to address our risks while efficiently managing high volumes of projects.</li><li>Support on conducting human rights assessments.</li><li>Apply cultural awareness and behavioral science to the development and enhancement of processes and tools within anti-corruption to help drive maturity across the organisation. This includes among others third party due diligence, training and awareness raising, internal controls.</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. As a successful candidate you need:</p><ul><li>A master’s degree in a relevant field </li><li>3 years of post-graduate experience working with anti-corruption and/or human rights, preferably from an international organisation </li><li>An analytical mindset</li><li>A methodical, thorough and detail-oriented approach to your work</li><li>To be able to take initiative, work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast paced, agile working environment</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Danish and English - both in writing and orally</li></ul><p><strong>How to apply</strong></p><p>Apply online.
