<p>At Ramboll Group Innovation we are building a sustainable way for our company to innovate: We want sustainable processes that can continue year on year, and we want sustainable, regenerative impact on our climate crisis!</p><p>We are looking for a climate-motivated Innovation Consultant to help progress our sustainable ideas to success. You are an experimenter, a roadblock remover, an evidence producer, and a person who sees innovation as crucial in succeeding with the green transition.</p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p>You will take up a role which covers three main areas (further outlined below):</p><ol><li>Supporting our innovation teams</li><li>Supporting our market innovation and digital transformation departments</li><li>Build best practice</li></ol><p>You will be reporting to our Innovation Process Manager, Thomas Dünweber who manages the support we provide to our markets. He will be your support and sparring partner in developing your Lean Startup/innovation toolbox and guide you in following the Ramboll Innovation Process. In time, you will help us build a better-than-best-in-class sustainable innovation team!</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li><u>Supporting our innovation teams:</u><ul><li>Provide Lean Startup coaching services to innovation project teams working through the Ramboll innovation process (i.e., ideation to scaling) and ensure that Lean Startup best practices are implemented in the projects</li></ul></li><li><u>Supporting our market innovation and digital transformation departments</u><ul><li>Together with colleagues in the group innovation team, provide support as our new global market innovation and digital transformation departments establish their local innovation processes</li><li>Support markets in the development of problem statements and ideation events</li><li>Provide training and support to market team members and project teams in the market, as they build a culture of innovation and digital transformation in the market</li><li>Support the market teams and group innovation teams in the development of market opportunity spaces and the market innovation portfolio.</li></ul></li><li><u>Build best practice</u><ul><li>Keep our Innovation Process Manager informed on progress and any challenges you need help with</li><li>Provide feedback to local innovation directors and Group innovation leadership on project team performance and provide input to project performance reviews</li><li>Track and share lessons learned across projects and with local and group innovation leadership both for Open Innovation and support initiatives</li></ul></li></ol><p><strong>Inviting bright minds - your starting point for constant growth </strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.
