<p>We invite you to bring your professional experience and process insight and take our Global Job Architecture to the next level. You will become our global expert and be responsible for applying a best practise approach to ensure a best fit to enable our job framework to be true to its purpose of being a business relevant framework that is supported by a solid process framework.</p><p>Today we have an established Global Job Architecture that is based on Mercer’s IPE methodology and that serves as a core framework for key people processes. We need a candidate that is exited and keen to develop and establish a global process that will ensure that the model is up to date, securing ownership and understanding of the model, both within the business and HR. In this role you will also ensure that our Job Architecture framework is the foundation for succeeding with our Pay Transparency agenda. Are you our new Global Job Architecture Consultant? Click the apply-button to send your application.</p><p><strong>You will join our Global Centre of Excellence, Group HR</strong></p><p>You will be joining a team of HR professionals as part of our Global Centre of Excellence in Group HR. From this centre of excellence, we own and promote global HR solutions within our fields of expertise. You will join the Global Rewards team as part of a broader function that also includes Mobility & HR Legal. You will report to Director Rewards, Mobility & HR Legal, Michael Bendixen. Our Centre of Excellence function operates globally with colleagues located at Ramboll’s head office in Copenhagen, India, UK, and the US.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Take ownership of our global Job Family Architecture</li><li>Ensure that policy, governance, and model concept and framework is up to date</li><li>Establish and develop processes to ensure job evaluation alignment and quality</li><li>Develop concept for job evaluation and calibration meetings</li><li>Develop and facilitate master training to both business leaders and within HR function</li><li>Ensure global alignment of job levels to support fair pay across Ramboll</li><li>Support job evaluations of senior management roles</li><li>Participate in other relevant HR projects and tasks within our Centre of Excellence depending on background, skills, and interests (Rewards/Workforce Planning/Career Development etc.)</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>Good demonstratable experience in working with relevant HR topics – particularly in a large, matrix organisation</li><li>Experience with conceptualising, developing, and maintaining a Job Architecture Framework</li><li>Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Science, or other relevant field</li><li>Effective communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Fluent in English - as our Corporate Language is English</li></ul><p>Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include being comfortable and confident facilitating workshops, trainings, etc. with both business and internally in HR. You are self-motivated and creative.
