About the department:
As a Design Project Manager, you will become a part of the Brand & Design department with daily affiliation in a specific portfolio team. We are a total of 17 individuals in the department, including Graphic Designers & Coordinators, Brand & Design Managers, and Design Project Managers. You will have a similar close collaboration with colleagues from sourcing, quality, and labeling. We are an organization characterized by strong cross-functional collaborations, team understanding, and a focus on continuously optimizing our workflows.
We are looking for a new colleague who embodies the essence of Coop Trading – someone who is ambitious, responsible, and passionate, and who possesses the qualities of a game-changer. Our purpose, "Better everyday through leading Nordic private brands", is the driving force behind everything we do. Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing changes to artworks related to product and design updates as well as supplier changes.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of new packaging designs for existing and new products within a dedicated portfolio.
- Collaborate and provide input to the portfolio team regarding startup, planning, and prioritization of the product portfolio.
- Involved in project planning and management from initiation to completed artwork.
- Create communications regarding developments and improvements in the portfolio, as well as presenting designs and packaging concepts.
- Collaborate with our Inhouse production, external agencies, photographers, etc.
- Ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications:
- You are interested in or may already have experience in innovation, packaging design, and design project management.
- You have considerable experience in project management and managing (many) projects.
- You are curious about the Nordic FMCG sector and preferably have experience with Private Brands.
- You have a relevant higher education degree in marketing, project management, visual communication, or a similar field.
- You have good communication skills in Danish and English - both verbally and in writing.
Your working style:
- You are proactive, structured, and good at maintaining an overview in high-pressure situations.
- You are independent and demonstrate a strong drive, while also valuing being part of a team that works together towards set goals and deadlines.
- You think holistically and, at the same time, have a keen graphic eye with a focus on details.
- You are oriented towards development and have the courage to challenge yourself - both professionally and personally.
