Key Responsibilities
• Capture and share product knowledge / best practices across CCL, ensure all content is made available and accessible across reference libraries to share with our reefer sales community and area product managers
• Prepare internal product workshops pre/post industry fairs (ex. Fruit Logistics, Barcelona Seafood, Fruit Attraction)
• Produce quarterly internal Cold Chain Logistics (CCL) newsletter and drive regular internal publications of insightful stories regarding customer and product developments to create awareness and enthusiasm for CCL
• Support CCL product owners in developing appealing and inspiring sales enablement content (presentations, videos, web sites, customer reference stories, etc.)
• Maintain CCL internal product training content and material
• Coordinate CCL offsites (agenda, offsite location, teambuilding)
Key Attributes
• Self-driven, proactive contributor who thrives in a team dynamic
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in content creation for presentations, sales brochures, videos, etc.
• Experience managing internal communications channels including internal social media content management, e.g. Yammer, intranet, etc.
• Interest in learning more about the cold chain logistics and supply chain industry
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
