As Offshore O&M Manager you will have an important role both during project development as well as under operation of HOFORs new 300MW Offshore Wind Farm “Aflandshage”. You will have three primary focus areas:
Important role in the coordination of the O&M package
You will play an important role in the coordination of the O&M package workstream from a technical, commercial, quality, HSE and sustainability perspective and ensure the deliveries will take place on time and within the decided budget, expected and agreed quality, and within the agreed timeline.
Ready to take on more responsibility
You must have an education as an engineer or other equivalent technical background. Candidates with a financial background and a technical profile may also be considered.
It will be an advantage if you more than 5+ years experience within offshore operations and service. Otherwise, we imagine that you are technically interested and someone who is ready to take on more responsibility in the short term.
It is important that you can maintain an overview of the technical and financial tasks and that you are good at communicating with colleagues and business partners. You approach work tasks with a positive attitude, and you are interested in sharing your knowledge and creating results through good collaboration.
HOFORs corporate language is Danish, so we expect you to either be able to communicate in Danish, or to be in the process of learning it.

You will be part of the Wind and Energy Trading Department, which consists of more than 40 skilled and committed employees who work in the areas of Onshore Wind & Solar, Offshore Wind, Energy Trading, and Operation & Asset Management.
However, your key stakeholders will be the Aflandshage Project Organization, Aflandshage O&M Package Team and HOFORs Operation & Asset Management Team.
You will be part of a professional and social team that eats breakfast together every Friday, holds team days once a quarter and goes on an annual field trip. In addition, there are summer parties, Christmas lunches and other social activities, and at the same time we also have several attractive staff benefits.

Important role in the coordination of the O&M package
You will play an important role in the coordination of the O&M package workstream from a technical, commercial, quality, HSE and sustainability perspective and ensure the deliveries will take place on time and within the decided budget, expected and agreed quality, and within the agreed timeline.
- Defining requirements for transfer per package/system and ensuring that documents adhere to HOFORs standards, systems, processes and requirements.
- Preparing O&M processes and procedures to ensure both site facilities and site organization are ready for takeover.
- Optimizing asset performance with focus on the contractual, financial and technical condition. (Specific tasks depending on candidates’ qualifications)
