This newly created position is reporting to the Vice President, Obesity Portfolio, and is based at our office in Copenhagen, Denmark. The Position In this exciting, newly created position, we are seeking an experienced and passionate candidate to drive initiatives for our newly established Obesity Therapy Area, related to three key themes: Leading the development of out-of-pocket and pharmacy engagement strategy guidelines and roll-out, ensuring impact on our eHealth strategy and direction on pilot projects Driving the execution and management of launch readiness, best practice sharing, and scale-up, in collaboration with regions, affiliates, and global teams Transforming data and analysis into actionable insights which can be executed to drive commercial success By joining us, you will have the opportunity collaborate with a broad variety of stakeholders, across the organisation, who are working together to make a difference. During your professional career, you have worked in positions at a local, regional, and global leave, with the US or key European markets, where you: Have solid gained experience working with advanced digital tools and analytics platforms and CRM systems Demonstrated accountability and the ability to set direction and deliver high-quality results in a complex, international environment Collaborated successfully with colleagues from different functions, organisational levels and geographies About the Department Headquartered in Zurich, International Operations (IO) covers 22 time-zones and has over 16,000 employees around the world working passionately to change over 25 million patients’ lives each day.
