Advanced Communication Advisor - Novo Nordisk Quality Do you want to work with agenda-setting in a global pharmaceutical company? And are you a creative thinker who likes to break the mould? Then you might be our new Advanced Communication Advisor in Novo Nordisk Quality. The position You will be part of a small and creative communication team, in which we are responsible for developing engaging and meaningful strategic communication across Novo Nordisk Quality. Your primary area of responsibility will be to establish and drive a cross-organisational initiative with the purpose to set the agenda, raise awareness and promote the importance of quality across Novo Nordisk. The initiative calls for communication, change management, stakeholder and project management skills. Furthermore, you will be driving communication activities across Novo Nordisk Quality, where you will: Act as a trusted sparring partner by providing competent input to colleagues on best communication solutions and use of channels in relation to projects and campaigns Provide communication support on important topics raising awareness and knowledge across Novo Nordisk Quality Seek out and tell great stories from our global organisation supporting togetherness across geographies through content production for internal platforms (e.g. Yammer posts, video production, presentations etc.) Support cross-organisational events in Novo Nordisk Quality The job will offer frequent senior management interaction and engagements across the organisation, allowing you to build a strong network, while further strengthening your communication and project management skills. You will report to Director and Head of Quality Executive Office and work closely together with the SVP Communication Partner. As a communication professional you will also be part of the Novo Nordisk Global Communicators’ Network and other informal networks. The team You will be part of the ‘Quality Executive Office’ delivering communication, financial and strategic support to Novo Nordisk Quality leaders and our organisation of +2100 colleagues globally Quality Executive Office is a highly engaged team, based in Novo Nordisk’s headquarters in Bagsværd close to Novo Nordisk Quality Management and with stakeholders in the +50 quality units across the entire Novo Nordisk value chain As a team, we are ambitious, motivated, and dedicated to deliver strong results. Our working environment is fun and informal, we value flexibility and collaboration across skillsets Qualifications You hold an education from a relevant field combined with minimum 3-4 years of experience as a communication professional, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry You have been responsible for driving strategic communication projects yourself and have experience within change communication You are a strategic thinker and ambitious on behalf of the communication profession You have an independent and result-oriented way of working and you approach tasks with structure, energy, curiosity and a positive attitude You know the Office 365 features by heart (including SharePoint, Yammer, Teams), and you are a master at creating visually appealing presentations, videos etc. that catch the interest of the audience You speak and write English fluently.
