The position as Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist is based at Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup where you will join our Global Marketing & Digital Communications Team counting 17 dedicated and experienced marketeers. You will be working with the entire team and you will work especially close with the Campaign and Content Manager.
360° digital marketing
In collaboration with your colleagues, you will plan and execute the global channel strategy, and you will support your digital marketing colleagues in local sales offices around the world ensuring optimized results of our digital marketing activities.

A typical day for you will be a mix of planned operational tasks, collaboration with the Campaign & Content Manager on the content plan and strategic direction and you will support requests from our colleagues around the globe. We are on an ambitious customer engagement journey, which has only just started, and you have a great opportunity to influence the direction and you will have the opportunity to create a great global network in Ambu.
A global digital marketeer with hand-on experience
To succeed in this position, it is essential that you are a strong digital marketer with a 360° customer journey approach. You hold a relevant education within digital marketing on a bachelor or master level and have minimum 5 years of working experience with global digital marketing.
You hold solid skills within paid digital marketing and know about setting audiences and evaluating impact. As part of this you also have a natural interest in lead generation as part of a marketing & sales funnel.
As a person, you exceed your peers by being a hands-on person with strong collaboration skills. You are service-minded and find it satisfying to help others and work with many assignments at the time. You are structured, self-driven, responsible, team-oriented and outgoing.
Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration and you will join an international team. Consequently, you must be fluent in English and be able to communicate efficiently. Knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage.

In this collaboration, you will
- Set up and optimize paid digital activities (Google ads, Display, Programmatic) in collaboration with our external agency
- Set up and optimize our paid LinkedIn campaigns
- Handle our global media planning and expand our bookings in relevant global medical journals
- Be curious around new digital touch points and activities with business potential
- Support local colleagues regarding digital marketing issues and especially traffic driving paid campaigns.
- Mature digital ideas with business potential and act as project manager
- Support the execution framework for webinars local/global (Campaign drive, sign-up, execution and follow-up)
