Join an international department
At IT Operations and Services, we maintain the entire global IT infrastructure in DSV Panalpina, and we work with everything from data centres, network and storage to our Office 365 solution and local support in the countries. Here, you will join our technical force of more than 1,000 highly skilled people located all around the world supporting the organisation with crucial IT infrastructure.
Specifically, you will be taking on a new role established solely with focus on development of the infrastructure. First and primary focus will be on maturing our Hybrid Computing Platform which is based upon open source.
In this new role, you will set off initiatives centred around the core infrastructure either as development of the existing or introduction of new infrastructure. We believe it is paramount to be in front of the development, and this role will therefore be reporting directly to the Executive Vice President and Head of IT Operations & Services. Furthermore, you will be responsible for promoting Agile ways of working and ensuring that teams deliver within these frameworks.
Have the broader perspective on our infrastructure transformation
It will be your responsibility to ensure coherent roadmaps across our infrastructure services and making sure we always have an updated technology radar of our infrastructure defined by the following categories: Adopt, Test, Assess and Track.
Working from our headquarters in Hedehusene, Denmark, you will be connected to all parts of our IT organisation – and especially to IT Operations and Services and Enterprise Architecture.

- have solid experience in delivering on IT projects and digital transformation
- have broad knowledge across infrastructure technologies and solution- or enterprise architecture
- have solid experience working with DevOps and SAFe methodologies – perhaps as a product owner as well as agile infrastructure development
- have experience with Open-source products such as Kubernetes, OpenStack, Kafka, Mongo DB, PostgreSQL and Elastic Stack
- speak and write English – Danish is not a requirement
