The position For a newly created position as Senior Insights & Innovation Strategist, we are looking for individuals who have a track record of uncovering the unmet needs of patients, their caregivers and HCPs; turning insights into the most attractive opportunities for new offerings and crafting the product-service strategy that will unlock growth - and enable more patients to live better lives. With an outset in pharmaceutical delivery devices and digital solutions we strive to create holistic services that connect the most relevant touch points for users across physical and digital. The user experience of the pharmaceutical product is in focus in the Device & Delivery Solution organization and we are looking to strengthen our innovation. As a key part of the User Research & Insights team, working closely with multiple colleagues from design, technical innovation and user communication, the overall scope is to develop patient-facing solutions. Your key responsibilities will be to:
  • Design, plan and sometimes execute research with end users

  • Facilitate analysis of primary and secondary data

  • Identify and communicate strategic implications of new insights

  • Create cultural perspectives or analysis with a clear so what

  • Develop innovation strategy for new product-services including new value propositions to users

  • Direct and support concept and UX development based on insights

  • Align innovation strategy with stakeholders

  • The position is based in Hillerød and some travel may also be expected in relation to field research. About you We are looking for someone with experience in research who is well versed in turning users' challenges into innovation opportunities for new solutions across digital and physical touchpoints. Succeeding in the role will require a critical thinker who can build the bridge from research to strategy, and secure stakeholder buy-in from stakeholders across drug development, device design and digital.
    Furthermore, the ability to create convincing presentations and facilitate workshops successfully with the most senior stakeholder is a must. We expect a background in the humanities, social sciences, business, or design. Crucially, the needed profile thrives on high levels of ambiguity, is driven by solving complicated problems and can develop new and productive processes to that end. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Hold minimum a Master’s Degree in any social science or business
  • Have a minimum of 5-7 years‘ experience from research and strategy in either consumer health and wellness, pharma or medical devices, working with insights and new product-services
  • Have experience working within a design-led organization
  • Have experience of planning and facilitating strategy workshops
  • Have a people-centred approach
  • Be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
