As a GMP supporter you and your colleagues will be responsible for ensuring that the department is always in compliance with current requirements. It is therefore necessary that you can navigate in our quality system, which consists of Change Control Cases, deviations, and updated Standard Operations Procedures (SOP’er).
You will also have a close collaboration with our Quality Assurance department. It is important for you to deliver your work timely, including QA approvals. The department is often visited by different authorities from the whole world. In this role you will have to present and answer questions, related to your work, to the inspectors. You will be a part of a dynamic work environment with different tasks and changing priorities. You can have influence on you own work and have the possibility to develop in different directions in the job. We follow LEAN and agile methodology, which supports our department and Novo Nordisk business strategy. We strongly believe in a very thorough on-boarding, that will bring you closer to be a success in the role. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, it is required that: You hold a master’s degree, preferable in biology or another relevant field within natural sciences. You have an experience of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) material documentation. You are action-oriented and can get things done You are fluent in Danish and English (written and oral) You are analytical, structured and can work with frequently changing priorities and tight deadlines
About the department
Sourcing Warehouse is located in both Hillerød and Kalundborg. We handle and store raw materials from development to our end-product. The department consist of 95 dedicated employees, who daily receive, handle samples, and deliver product to our production from both of our locations. The team that you will be a part of, is responsible for supporting the process and ensures high quality. GMP is always a natural mindset in our decision at work. Your workplace will be in Hillerød. The department is a part of Sourcing Operation, which is a part of Contact Manufacturing & Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability. You will be a part of a team which consist of 10 dedicated GMP supporters, a team who takes care of each other and support each other. As an employee in the support team, you will be able to take up a lot of responsibility and gain support to develop.
