To succeed in this role, you must have broad marketing experience and proven track record in delivering marketing activities and campaigns for technical digital products in a B2B environment. You will join our Global Marketing Team

As our new Product Marketing Manager, you will report into the Strategic Marketing Manager and be part of our newly established, growing and dynamic Global Marketing Team who are responsible for driving excellence across company-wide strategic marketing, campaign and digital marketing activities. You will also work exceptionally closely with the product teams in the business who are responsible for the direction and success of the digital products. You will therefore have colleagues across the UK, US, Nordics and India – all of whom are striving to push boundaries and drive impact against Ramboll’s exciting new global strategy to drive sustainable change.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Build fluency in the capabilities and client value of our digital products to ensure marketing content and activities articulate a clear value proposition in relation to target segments
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, both lead generating and awareness raising
  • Create and activate content across Ramboll’s digital ecosystem, notably through email and social media, including both organic and paid-for outreach
  • Produce content for core marketing materials, working with internal teams for specialist support on design and creative execution
  • Identify and be responsible for all preparations to support digital events and physical conferences
  • Work within our brand guidelines and established systems and platforms to bring about high-impact product-specific brand compliant assets
  • Lead the internal collaboration and coordination efforts needed to lift marketing activities for our digital products across a large, complex and global organisation
  • Help to evolve, mature and scale Ramboll’s product marketing and product branding approaches

Your starting point for constant growth

From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a hands-on general marketing role supporting digital products in a technical industry and B2B environment
  • Experience using sales and marketing platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, social media management and webinar systems
  • Experience setting-up and running inbound and paid-for digital marketing activities across Google and social media, with experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator an advantage
  • Proven experience in using digital marketing analytics and insights gathered from various platforms to shape future activity and content
  • A digital, marketing or communications degree or other relevant qualification

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include:

The ability to take ownership, work independently, think strategically but execute tactically and bring about lean start-up approaches appropriate to a large global company. You should be a confident communicator and collaborator, able to positively engage with many varying stakeholders across the business, and be well-organised with sharp prioritisation and time management skills, as you will be supporting multiple products and product teams.
