We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our Sanibel and RadioEar team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for our campaigns, marketing material, webshop, and product launches related to products in our consumables and accessories portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive awareness and support the overall marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing. You are curious and creative by nature, have an interest in communication and working dynamically with content creation. Furthermore, you are data driven, an excellent collaborator and able to positively engage with colleagues across departments with an inclusive and motivating approach.
Your qualifications
You will be situated in the Sanibel & Radioear team at Interacoustics in Middelfart and refer to the Director, Heating and Balance Consumables.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our Sanibel and RadioEar team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for our campaigns, marketing material, webshop, and product launches related to products in our consumables and accessories portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive awareness and support the overall marketing efforts.
Your task will include:
- Assist in the development and drive execution of marketing campaigns to promote Sanibel and RadioEar, including digital marketing, social media, and email marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials.
- Maintain and update database of marketing content, such as product data sheets, sales presentations, website copy, and product certificates.
- Ensure all marketing collateral adheres to guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Support effective execution of product launches coordinating marketing activities and sales enablement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure timely updates and smooth functioning of our webshop.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all product information, images, and descriptions are accurate and up to date.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding webshop-related inquiries, support, and training.

Your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and suggest innovative marketing ideas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
